This approved 40 content hour course is approved for NREMT EMT biennial recertification. It incorporates the National EMS Education Standards and the NREMT Recertification Guide for EMTs from the NREMT.
Assignments include power points with videos to view and articles to read. Also, completion of JBL short courses with post tests are required. When all content is finished, passing a 50-question posttest will complete the class.
This class is entirely online. It can be started as soon as registration is received. All assignments need to be completed within 30 days.
A certificate from Treasure Coast Medical Institute will be issued when the student fulfills all the assignments and passes the post test
