Welcome to Treasure Coast Medical Institute. We are excited you have decided to join us to further your educational career. There are a few things that need to be completed to reserve your spot in the paramedic class and some items to have completed before the first day.

These items should be done as soon as possible and brought to the office or emailed. Once these items are completed- your spot will be reserved in the paramedic class.

- Application ($150 non-refundable)

- Copy of Florida Driver’s License

- Copy of high school diploma, GED, OR college transcripts

- Background check and Drug screen through CastleBranch ($77)

- AHA BLS certification good throughout entire program

- (can be taken at TCMI for $35 -contact office for scheduling)

- Obtain health insurance (if needed, we have an inexpensive contact)

- Physical completed by physician with immunizations page complete

- (MMR x2, Varicella x2, HepB x 3 with Positive titer, PPD/TB, and Flu shot)

- Copy of current EMT license

- Lab fee ($700), PPE fee ($100), and first semester tuition ($2925)

or signed Payment Plan. Total first semester fees $3725

To be done before the first day of class:

- Make an appointment to fill out paperwork at the office for Cleveland Clinic and pick up books

Bring on the first day of class:

  • Ride time waivers notarized and filled out for Indian River County Fire Dept, St. Lucie County Fire Dept, and Okeechobee County Fire Dept
